Ebonik Return and Refund Policy

At Ebonik, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to assist you fairly and transparently.

⚠️ Special Note for Fragile Items (Glassware, Bottles, and Decor)

Many of our premium items are fragile by nature. To ensure your protection, please strictly adhere to the following guidelines when receiving your parcel:

  • Inspect the Packaging: Check if the parcel contains a 'Fragile' warning sticker upon arrival.

  • Check in Front of the Delivery Executive: Please open the parcel and inspect the item(s) in the presence of the delivery personnel before making the payment or allowing them to leave.

  • Instant Return for Damages: If the product is found broken or damaged inside the box, notify us immediately and return the parcel directly to the delivery executive.

  • Post-Delivery Liability: Once the delivery personnel leaves your premises, Ebonik cannot accept liability for broken glass or fragile items. No return or refund claims will be accepted for fragile goods reported damaged after a successful delivery sign-off.

General Return Conditions (Non-Fragile Items)

For all other standard products, you are eligible to request a return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • There is a mismatch in the size, weight, or quantity ordered.

  • The product received is expired.

  • The product arrived with pre-existing defects or damage.

Return Guidelines and Time frame

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these rules:

  • 3-Day Notification Window: For general product defects, you must notify our support team within 3 days of receiving the parcel.

  • Product Condition: The item must remain completely unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. It must be returned with the original packaging, brand boxes, and all tags intact.

  • Resolution (Exchange or Refund): Once we receive the returned item and verify your claim, we will either provide a free product exchange or process a full refund to your original payment method/mobile banking account.
